1) Scope
Escaping Frogs™ ships within Canada using certified carriers.

2) Delivery timelines

  • Standard: 2–4 weeks (depends on parts availability and system complexity).

  • Expedited: Available on request.

3) Proof of delivery & non-delivery
We provide tracking for every order. Where provincial consumer laws apply (e.g., Ontario and British Columbia), if goods are not delivered within 30 days of the promised/supply date, consumers may cancel and obtain a refund under those statutes. OntarioConsumer Protection BC

4) Compliance & product safety
We comply with the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) for consumer products sold in Canada (e.g., safety notices/recalls). Government of Canada – Justice Laws Website.

5) Support
For shipping issues (delay, loss, damage), contact founder@escapingfrogs.ca with your order number; our team will investigate with the carrier and respond promptly.

Returns & Exchanges Policy (Canada)

1) Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.

2) Exclusions
Custom-built hardware, software activations/licences, and used items are non-returnable except where required by applicable law.

3) How to start a return
Email founder@escapingfrogs.ca with your order number and reason for return.

We will issue a prepaid label (cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error).

4) Refund timing
Once inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

5) Your statutory rights
Your rights under provincial consumer laws remain intact. Examples include:

  • New Brunswick: Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act (implied warranties). CanLIIFCNB

  • Québec: “Legal warranty” (merchantable quality, fitness for purpose, hidden defects) under the Consumer Protection Act. Légis QuébecOffice of Consumer Protection.

  • Other provinces provide similar protections through their Sale of Goods and consumer protection statutes.

6) Non-delivery / late delivery
Where applicable (e.g., Ontario/BC internet or distance sales), consumers may cancel if goods are not delivered within 30 days of the promised/supply date; we will issue a full refund as required by law.
